Following a decade of growth, the client wanted to step up even further, with a complete revision of the incentive structure and vehicles offered to senior management as a key enabler for continued success.
A new incentive structure was established with revised annual bonus models and carry participation structure, development and implementation of profit sharing mechanisms and a management warrant program.
